Paid a few minutes ago and my order is not delivered - I do not see a key or download anywhere, but the card was charged. Is delivery instant or is there a delay?
Getting a little nervous. What do I do if the order still does not show up?

Mine took maybe two minutes. Check spam and the card statement so you have the order id. Do not pay a second time.

Gmail dumped me in Promotions once. Search the brand. The key and the loader were in the same mail.

Delivery is usually instant after payment. If you have a charge and no mail after 15 minutes, do not checkout again. Open Support with the order id from the receipt or the bank line.

Card shows the charge. Inbox is empty. I will wait the 15 and then write Support if it is still gone.

Yeah. I almost double-bought. Support resent the same key. Second payment would have been a mess.

One payment. Spam first, then Support with the order id. They resend the same key. Do not make a second purchase to nudge delivery.
